born in 1957 in Carthage

Then “exiled” to Paris, he undertook a career in communication for twenty years before “giving up everything” in 1990 carried by an incompressible desire to live through photography in Pruno, the village of his ancestors. He restored an old and large house there and his memory work became his main activity. In 2014, his first book “In paese, the noise of memory” was published by Contrejour editions. “Bastiaraiso” is his first gallery exhibition.

On the occasion of the "Bastiaraiso" exhibition, the Polka gallery is teaming up with Contrejour editions for the publication of an eponymous book in the Cahier d´images collection (published on June 23, 2017). The book is available at the Polka Bookstore.
