Lock down in big cities. Many countries are taking a serious measure.

Let’s have a party under the cherry blossoms!

  

It was 2 weeks ago that I went out to photograph some images along the Kamo river where many people were still having fun with their family and friends, while the whole world, except Japan, was already taking serious quarantine measures.

 

Is this some kind of illusion? Or many people in this city think they are protected by a super power ?

We will only figure it out in the future.

Can we?

If we still don't know much about the real consequences of the Fukushima nuclear disaster 9 years later.
