Sebastião Salgado

Renowned Franco-Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado is also a staunch environmentalist: with his wife Lélia, they spent more than twenty years replanting trees destroyed by deforestation around their family ranch. Today, the forest covers more than 600 hectares and is home to hundreds of endangered species. This showroom looks back on his commitment to trees and the importance of forests to our ecosystem.
