"Marc Riboud, who came from the upper middle class in Lyon, 'fell' into photography at the age of 30 and was trained by the greatest, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Robert Capa. This visual genius, one of the inventors of photojournalism at the Magnum agency, took some of the most famous shots in contemporary photography. An insatiable wanderer, he photographed the 20th century and the five continents like no other. This portrait of the photographer is composed exclusively of photos from the Riboud collection and archive images."
